Welcoming Spring at Erik Swanson Orthodontics

“Dr Swanson is great and the practice is great. I went in to get retainers and they not only advised me on the right course of action, but even took a look at my teeth and didn't charge me anything. An HONEST dentist and honest practice! and great advice. AND it's a beautiful office.”

As spring begins, our practice cannot wait for the return of longer days, the end of much-needed rains, and the promise of warmer days ahead. Imagining the perfect spring day, we are at Philz with a delicious coffee in hand, enjoying lunch under the warm rays of the sun, surrounded by the radiant orange blooms of the California poppy.

Spring is also a time for traditions, and our team does our annual spring-cleaning ritual. We deep clean the entire office, ensuring every drawer is organized and clutter-free. This process also involves re-evaluating what items are essential and which can transition out of the office, we don’t like any clutter in the office.

The start of Spring also means the start of some of our favorite traditions. Each year we look forward to March because of March Madness. This is where our office competes with other dental offices in a friendly bracket challenge. At the end of it, the winner takes everything!

For our patients, spring is the perfect opportunity to refresh their oral health routine. Starting orthodontic treatment in the spring means initial straightening of teeth occurs such that visible results will already be present before the summer. We also offer whitening kits to get started on the initial brightening as well.

For those who are looking to get started on Invisalign, we just added a few more digital scanners to offices for faster Invisalign care and retainers without the need for goopy impressions.

Spring is an ideal time for our students and adults to get started while their schedules are still open.  Once summer fun starts, it can be harder for everyone to plan appointments into their schedules.

If you’re looking to get an appointment scheduled out over the next few months, make sure to give us a call!
